Two building models for realistic training: four-story building with underground parking garage and roof terrace, and single-family home with gabled roof, basement, and garage

We have delivered our largest Taktik-Trainer to date to the Regensburg State Fire Service School (SFSR). It will be used in teaching operations in the future and complements the existing training offerings.
In order to represent a wide range of typical situations, the Taktik-Trainer comes with two different building models:
- Four-story residential building with underground parking garage and roof terrace
for scenarios in dense residential areas, stairwells and underground parking garages, as well as outdoor and roof areas. - Single-family house with gable roof, basement, and garage
for classic residential locations, from basement fires to interior attacks to roof and garage situations.
This combination makes it possible to systematically train different construction methods, access routes, and smoke/fire patterns—from initial assessment of the situation to follow-up.
The Taktik-Trainer is used at the SFSR particularly in the following areas:
- Training and continuing education for train and group leaders
- Course B VI
