Payment Terms
For your first order, payment is only possible via advance payment.
If you create a customer account, you can conveniently order on account from your second purchase onward.
We also offer installment payment. If you would like to use this option, please contact us by phone at +49 7171 – 99 810 31 or via E-Mail at info@bos-akademie.de, to arrange a suitable solution.
For organizations and public institutions, we are happy to consider internal guidelines or procurement processes and can provide customized payment models upon request.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the ordered products and displayed in the shopping cart. For particularly large orders, shipping may be carried out in multiple packages. In some cases, additional shipping fees may apply—if so, we will inform you during the ordering process. Free shipping is currently not available.

Address Information & Delivery Acceptance
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, additional costs may be incurred for a reshipment.
Delivery Times
Delivery within Germany takes approximately 10-15 business days, and to Austria and Switzerland approximately 15-20 business days. If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship the entire order in one shipment—unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.
