New training opportunities through a modular underground garage structure with specialized tactical equipment.
Presentation of the new underground parking garage extension
Last week, the BOS Academy visited the Göppingen Fire Department with the tactics trainer. The occasion was the premiere of a new expansion: for the first time, an underground parking garage was presented as a training scenario and tested together.
The newly developed extension complements the system's existing capabilities and allows for realistic exercises in underground structures.
Deployment of the Miniature LUF 60
A particular highlight of the demonstration was the first-time use of the miniature LUF 60. This device simulates a tactical ventilation unit used for smoke extraction in underground garages and large industrial halls.
The combination of the underground garage and the LUF 60 allows for highly realistic smoke extraction exercises and tactical procedure training.
