Description
The gable roof extension complements the modular Taktik-Trainer with a realistic roof structure, enabling practical training for firefighting and ventilation in attic spaces. The gable roof is flexibly mounted onto the existing model building and can be integrated into a wide range of training scenarios.
Thanks to its modular design, the gable roof extension can be used on different rectangular layouts, allowing a wide variety of building types to be replicated – from a classic single-family home to more complex structures.
Typical Trainings Scenarios
- Attic Fire: Firefighters practice tactical procedures for a fire in the attic area with smoke development and limited access routes.
- Tactical Ventilation: Training for targeted ventilation through dormers and roof openings to enable rapid smoke clearance from the attic space.
- Breathing Apparatus Wearers in the Attic: Orientation and tactical operations under difficult conditions in a smoke-filled attic area with a spiral staircase and extended stairwell.
