Our Taktik-Trainer allows for hands-on training in fire suppression and smoke ventilation under the most realistic conditions possible. Developed by firefighters for firefighters, it offers the opportunity to test various operational scenarios and practice tactical decision-making in a safe training environment.
The Multi-family home module expands the modular Taktik-Trainer with a complex building scenario featuring multiple residential units. With its larger structure, additional rooms, multiple entrances, and extended floors, it enables fire and ventilation training under realistic conditions.
Compared to the single-family house, the multi-family home offers a more challenging environment, including staircases and separate living units. This allows for targeted training of operations in multi-occupancy buildings.
One of the core features is the smoke generator in combination with a heat source, which simulates authentic smoke behavior. The smoke rises naturally, forms layers, and impairs visibility. Additionally, the module includes a High-pressure fan allowing participants to practice effective smoke extraction methods. This enables testing of different ventilation strategies and direct observation of airflow effects.
Due to its modular design the Taktik-Trainer can be flexibly expanded—not only in size but also with add-ons like the garage or gable roof, enabling the simulation of complex structures and emergency scenarios. This makes the module suitable for a variety of training purposes, including Basic training, the training for breathing apparatus wearers, tactial training for incident commanders, post-incident reviews and the Fire safety education.
